I have recently read and watched Soul Surfer. Bethany is incredibly inspiring, but I must say that you inspire me as well. I would never even be brave enough to try surfing again after me or my friend were attacked, or possibly, even after we had ever seen a shark nearby.

It’s great to see this made into a film to i feel your role in her recovery was down played a bit. Good luck in your next Comp maybe we will see each other surfing sometime.

I just finished watching Soul Surfer; it was so sad and it made me cry, but it was also very inspirational. I can’t believe you all had to go through that terrible incident….but I’m just so happy it all turned out alright for everyone
